| Lower Ward: Shadowtown Sigil's grungy light filters down through open gutters, plunging the whole neighborhood in a kind of half-visible gloom. Shadows, spectres, shadelings, and shadowpeople fraternize with shadowfiends, cloakers, dark creepers, slow shadows, sentient rats, and the pale dwellers of Undersigil. The buildings are of all shapes and sizes, mostly relics from before Sigil's streets were built over them. (V) Vertiginous Trail |
