Lady's Ward: Rue de la Foi A sense of awe overcomes you as you gaze upon the magnificent temples of this street. They reach so high as to seem to scrape the other side of Sigil. Some are completely plated in gold, others are intricately carved down to the smallest detail over their entire surface. Truly, only the richest of faiths can set up a place to worship here. Hive Ward: Heilige Allee You're not entirely sure if some of these buildings are supposed to be temples—some of them appear to be large mounds of garbage or dilapidated warehouses from centuries past. The few people here who dare to look at you sneer in disgust or contempt. (D) A Mound of Dirt (B) Barmy Run |
Guildhall Ward: Estrada das Potencias Many temples line this street, usually devoted to the more commerce-minded Powers. People walking by smile and nod politely as they pass; an odd change from the keep-your-head-down attitude most Cagers take. The smell of incense pervades the atmosphere, seeming to emanate from the censers placed about the streets instead of the usual street lights. (F) Festive Way |
Grand Bazaar: Ypmit's Freight Roadway When a cutter needs to buy or sell something, and can't find it anywhere else, he'll find it on Freight Roadway, the home of thousands of dealers of anything imaginable. The little shack that is Sithi's Bottled Positive Energy sits happily across the street from Gnarvacsismsick's Gnomish Weapons of Mass Destruction for Spelljammer Ships. People of all races and creeds litter the streets, as though some power snatched a few people from everywhere in the multiverse and dropped them all here. The air pounds with the noise of the masses, and there isn't much room to move within the gigantic crowd. (C) Chirper's (T) Tl'a'kna Plaza (LS) Liberty Street |
Grand Bazzar: Tl'a'kna Plaza Tl'a'kna Plaza, which covers several city blocks, is home to almost as many eateries as there are layers in the Abyss. From little take-aways to huge gaudy restaurants, a cutter can get food from anywhere here, and it smells that way too, as the smell of planar food outsmells that of Sigilian smog. Huge banners and little boards hang outside the little dives and grand pavilions alike, proclaiming the hour's specials and the day's delights. From larvae meat to the tenderloin on an Arborian Gorgon, all manner of planar food can be found in the Plaza.
